IoT might not be the kind of expertise you'll find on this forum. As for languages though, most things can be done (and have been done) in many, many different languages. There are probably some exclusions, like that you wouldn't use COBOL (a business language) for technical things.

This is your second strike, computerprj. You've started three threads now, this latest one after you've had advice, and apparently not taken it.

Understand this: when you post on a forum, you are demanding people's time and attention. People who have other things to do, other interesting projects. A forum is not a machine to serve you. It is a community. You need to bring something to it, as well as taking something from it.

Microsoft had a HTTP server example (including source code in C or C++) as part of their toolset at one point. You will probably have to learn something about CGI and other internet protocols. A good book might help.
